Karma

I have heard it said that, "When you pursue your dreams, every second is an encounter with God. Following your dreams opens your heart allowing God to enter and fill you with bliss."

Awoke late this morning to the wind howling, leaves blowing, and rain spattering the windows. Made a cup of coffee and headed into the studio to be filled with bliss while designing a new bear. First, though, I had some research to do to change up my blog, and then on to update my website. My computer operates at whatever speed it desires for the day, so ten hours later, the mission is finally accomplished and I am too drained to even hold a pencil.

Later this week, I'll have to return to my studio and try again. Meanwhile, here is my newest bear cub, Karma, whose auction runs for one week.

Herschel found a home!

So happy that Herschel was adopted, but there is a little pink void in the studio where he sat... They each take a piece of my heart with them when they leave. You know, my daughter used to kiss them all on the nose before they each took their trip to their new homes. Now that she is married and lives far away, it is kinda sad to send them off without that memory. Come to think of it, this is the first bear I have had to send away on my own... Don't be mislead, though. He still received plenty of love and hugs from me!
